Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:
Entering all primary documents into the system (invoices, receipts, tax vouchers, payment orders, bank statements, advisories, receiving notes, etc.);
Checking the accuracy of documents and compliance with internal procedures;
Electronic archiving of documents and subsequent verification;
Adhering to deadlines for processing and recording documents.
Requirements
To succeed in this mission, you will need:
Attention to detail and organizational skills;
The ability to handle a large volume of documents and to meet deadlines;
Previous experience in managing and recording accounting documents – an advantage;
French language – minimum level B1.
