Responsibilities

We are looking for a Deputy Controlling Manager to actively contribute to the development of the controlling function and work closely with management, the team and international partners.
It's more than just a financial analysis and reporting role. You'll have the opportunity to understand the business behind the numbers, work with data relevant to decision-making, and help transform it into more efficient analyses, solutions, and processes.
In addition, you will be part of an international and multicultural environment , with opportunities for collaboration and travel to other countries.
What will you do:
You will work together with the Controlling Manager to coordinate the department's activities and objectives;
You will ensure the continuity of the activity and take on important responsibilities when the situation requires it;
You will analyze financial and operational performance to identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement;
You will work with data and information relevant to the business, contributing to the analyses that support the decision-making process;
You will identify opportunities for optimization, automation and digitalization of controlling processes;
You will contribute to improving the way data is used, analyzed and transformed into useful information for management;
You will monitor compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
You will collaborate with different departments and business partners, including from other countries;
You will provide support to the team in carrying out analyses and resolving more complex situations;
You will contribute to the standardization, development and streamlining of internal processes.
Requirements
What we are looking for in you:
Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar fields;
Experience in controlling, financial analysis or financial reporting;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel ;
Experience with reporting and analysis tools is an advantage;
English language – level B2 or more advanced ;
French is an advantage, but not required . If you would like to learn it or improve your current level, we can offer courses and support to develop your language skills ;
Analytical thinking and business orientation;
Good leadership, communication and organizational skills;
Proactivity, autonomy and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
