Your main missions will be:

• Data analysis and interpretation – collecting, organizing and understanding data from various sources, identifying trends, variations and correlating them with business objectives;

• Monitoring KPIs and indicator evolution, using visual tools (graphs, dashboards) to highlight performance and deviations;

• Creating and interpreting financial and operational reports;

• Developing alert systems, proposing corrective actions and scenarios for optimizing performance;

• Providing strategic support in the decision-making process by delivering in-depth analyses and detailed reports to management, facilitating the identification of opportunities and risks;

• Carrying out ad-hoc analyses, respecting established deadlines, as well as ensuring the reliability and coherence of the data used;

• Optimization and automation of reporting processes to streamline information flow.

• Documenting processes and data flows to facilitate auditing and traceability of information;

• Constantly monitoring changes in the business environment and adjusting reporting according to new requirements.

And to succeed in this mission you will need:

• Higher education in: accounting, finance, management, economics or related fields.

• Relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis or Business Analysis;

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and interest in computer systems;

• Experience in SAP, COGNOS, PowerBi or PowerPlay is an advantage;

• Good knowledge of English (B2+); French is an advantage;

• Critical thinking and advanced analytical skills, oriented towards synthesizing complex data into clear and relevant conclusions for the decision-making process.

• Proactive attitude, dynamism and flexibility in addressing problems;

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
