Job description

Responsibilities

Your main missions will be:

  • Collecting and synthesizing preliminary data for the development of specific reports.

  • Optimization and automation of reporting processes to streamline information flow.

  • Carrying out ad-hoc analyses, respecting established deadlines, as well as ensuring the reliability and consistency of the data used.

  • Defining, implementing and monitoring indicators in relation to the organization's objectives and budgets.

  • Documenting processes and data flows to facilitate auditing and traceability of information.

  • Proposing and implementing solutions to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of reporting.

  • Support in the decision-making process by providing detailed analyses and reports to management.

  • Constantly monitoring changes in the business environment and adjusting reporting according to new requirements.

Requirements

And to succeed in this mission you will need:

  • Higher education in: accounting, finance, management, economics or related fields.

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis or Business Analysis;

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and interest in computer systems;

  • Experience in SAP, COGNOS, PowerBi or PowerPlay is an advantage;

  • Good knowledge of English (B2+); French is an advantage;

  • Critical thinking, analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear conclusions;

  • Proactive attitude, dynamism and flexibility in addressing problems;
