Responsibilities
Your main missions will be:
Collecting and synthesizing preliminary data for the development of specific reports.
Optimization and automation of reporting processes to streamline information flow.
Carrying out ad-hoc analyses, respecting established deadlines, as well as ensuring the reliability and consistency of the data used.
Defining, implementing and monitoring indicators in relation to the organization's objectives and budgets.
Documenting processes and data flows to facilitate auditing and traceability of information.
Proposing and implementing solutions to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of reporting.
Support in the decision-making process by providing detailed analyses and reports to management.
Constantly monitoring changes in the business environment and adjusting reporting according to new requirements.
Requirements
And to succeed in this mission you will need:
Higher education in: accounting, finance, management, economics or related fields.
3-5 years of relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis or Business Analysis;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and interest in computer systems;
Experience in SAP, COGNOS, PowerBi or PowerPlay is an advantage;
Good knowledge of English (B2+); French is an advantage;
Critical thinking, analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear conclusions;
Proactive attitude, dynamism and flexibility in addressing problems;
