Responsibilities
As a Reporting Specialist, your main missions will be:
Collecting, validating and synthesizing data for report development;
Ensuring and coordinating the reporting process (daily, weekly, monthly);
Development and optimization of reports, including defining their logical structure;
Automating reporting processes to increase efficiency;
Monitoring KPIs in correlation with the organization's objectives and budgets;
Data analysis and provision of relevant insights to support the decision-making process;
Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of reporting;
Monitoring developments in the business environment and adapting reporting to new requirements.
Requirements
And to succeed in this mission you will need:
Previous experience in the economic-financial field, minimum 2 years;
Good knowledge of English (level B1+); French is an advantage;
Knowledge of using MS Office, especially Excel at intermediate - advanced level;
Good analytical skills, a sense of synthesis, logical thinking and a passion for numbers;
Diplomatic communication skills and customer orientation.
