Responsibilities
Management of the agency activities in accordance with the bank's internal regulations and within the granted authority.
Organization and leadership of the activities of subordinate employees, assistance in strengthening the team and enhancing professional level.
Promotion of the bank's corporate culture within the agency in relations of employees with clients and monitoring its adherence by each employee.
Ensuring the organization, accounting, and correct execution of action and sales plans by each employee, including the expansion of the customer portfolio.
Participation in opening/closing the valuables storage (when necessary) as the person responsible for the valuables.
Promotion of banking products and services using sales techniques.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, as well as attracting new clients.
Requirements
Higher economic education.
At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector.
Energetic, with a desire and ability to organize and plan.
Customer and result-oriented.
Sales skills and negotiation abilities.
Openness to change and collaboration.
