Job description

Responsibilities

  • Management of the agency activities in accordance with the bank's internal regulations and within the granted authority.

  • Organization and leadership of the activities of subordinate employees, assistance in strengthening the team and enhancing professional level.

  • Promotion of the bank's corporate culture within the agency in relations of employees with clients and monitoring its adherence by each employee.

  • Ensuring the organization, accounting, and correct execution of action and sales plans by each employee, including the expansion of the customer portfolio.

  • Participation in opening/closing the valuables storage (when necessary) as the person responsible for the valuables.

  • Promotion of banking products and services using sales techniques.

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers, as well as attracting new clients.

Requirements

  • Higher economic education.

  • At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector.

  • Energetic, with a desire and ability to organize and plan.

  • Customer and result-oriented.

  • Sales skills and negotiation abilities.

  • Openness to change and collaboration.
