To plan and organize seasonal agricultural activities. To monitor crop conditions and identify pest or disease issues. To recommend and apply plant protection treatments and fertilizers. To coordinate the team of agricultural workers and ensure compliance with safety regulations. To keep records of production and crop quality.

Solid knowledge of agronomy and modern agricultural practices. Experience in growing field crops or vegetables. Category B driving licence. Valid health certificate. Ability to work in various weather conditions and as part of a team.

Salary of 1 MDL/month. Employment with Dievex Srl under an official contract. Social package and insurance in accordance with the legislation. Ongoing training and support in developing agricultural skills.
