Job description

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming client calls as well as making outbound calls;

  • Organizing, planning, and coordinating individual activities, achieving sales targets;

  • Adhering to call quality standards;

  • Presenting and promoting the company's product, entering data into the system (CRM);

  • Completing tasks related to increasing conversion rates;

  • Continual training and personal skill development;

Requirements

  • If you have proper and fluent communication in Romanian and Russian;

  • If you have the ability to learn, organize, pay attention, and multitask;

  • Skilled at handling large volumes of information, experienced PC user;

  • Work experience with CRMs (an advantage);

  • You have an active lifestyle and a positive attitude;
