Process incoming leads quickly and efficiently.
Sell a meeting with an agent and confidently close the target action for clients.
Bring the client to the final result (you receive a percentage from each closed transaction ).
Maintain clear records in CRM.

Sales experience is required (experience in a call center or service industry is a huge plus).
Fluent in Romanian and Russian.
Excellent communication skills, persuasive speech and focus on results.
Ability to work with objections and close deals.

Stable salary of €575 + powerful bonus portion + % of closed deals .
There is no upper limit on your earnings.
Convenient schedule (shift rotation for balance):
Week 1: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00. Week 2: Mon–Fri, 11:00–20:00 (morning free for personal matters).
Only 2 Saturdays a month (10:00 – 18:00).
