Reception and processing of incoming calls and requests:

1. The client leaves a request, the system automatically connects them with the operator.

2. The operator advises the client on the products using a script (scenario, translated into Hungarian)

3. The operator suggests additional products to the client.

4. The operator records the client's details and delivery information in the order form, and then finalizes the order.

· Knowledge of the HUNGARIAN language (B2 level);

· Communicative, tactful, positive attitude for interactions with clients;

· Politeness, coherent expression, stress resistance;

· Ability to work in a team;

· Experience in sales, but if not, the desire to learn is there - we will help!

· Laptop/computer (WINDOWS OS at least version 10, from 4 GB RAM), headphones, high-speed internet (5 MB/s both ways).
