Responsibilities

What you need to do:

– communicate with clients regarding completed requests

– advise and assist the client during the call

– process orders in the CRM system

– work according to the company’s ready-made scripts

– accompany the client until the order is completed

Requirements

– knowledge of the Italian language

– literate speech and good communication skills

- responsibility and discipline

– a PC or laptop running Windows 10/11

– MacBook / macOS are not suitable

– stable cable internet (Wi-Fi is not suitable)

– willingness to work full-time
