Responsibilities
Receiving and processing incoming calls and requests:
1. The customer leaves a request, and the system automatically connects them with an operator.
2. The operator advises the customer on products using a script (scenario, translated into German)
3. The operator offers the customer additional products.
4. The operator records the customer's details and delivery information in the order form, then finalizes the order.
Requirements
· Knowledge of the POLISH language (level B2);
· Communicative, tactful, positive attitude for interactions with clients;
· Politeness, coherent expression, ability to handle stress;
· Ability to work in a team;
· Experience in sales is a plus, but if not, the desire to learn is enough - we will help you!
· Laptop/computer (WINDOWS OS at least version 10, with at least 4 GB RAM), headphones, high-speed internet (5 MB/s both ways).
· Maintaining a quiet background.
