Job description

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing incoming calls and requests:

    1. The customer places a request, the system automatically connects them with the operator.

    2. The operator advises the customer on products using a script (scenario, translated into Czech)

    3. The operator suggests additional products to the customer.

    4. The operator records the customer's details and delivery information in the order form, and then completes the order.

Requirements

  • · Knowledge of the language - CZECH (level B2);

    · Communicative, tactful, positive attitude for interactions with clients;

    · Politeness, coherent expression, stress resistance;

    · Ability to work in a team;

    · Experience in sales is a plus, but if not, and there is a desire to learn - we will help!

    · Laptop/computer (WINDOWS OS at least version 10, from 4 GB RAM), headphones, high-speed internet (5 MB/s in both directions).

    · Maintaining a quiet background.

    · Motivation to earn a lot of money!
