Receiving and processing incoming calls and requests:

1. The customer submits a request, the system automatically connects them with an operator.

2. The operator advises the customer about the products using a script (scenario, translated into Slovak)

3. The operator offers the customer additional products.

4. The operator records the customer's details and delivery information in the order form, and then finalizes the order.

· Knowledge of the Slovak language (level B2);

· Communicative, tactful, positive attitude for client interactions;

· Politeness, coherent expression, stress resilience;

· Ability to work in a team;

· Experience in sales, but if not present, and there's a desire to learn - we will help!

· Laptop/computer (Windows OS at least version 10, from 4 GB RAM), headphones, high-speed internet (5 MB/s in both directions).
