Responsibilities

  • Responds to customer complaints, questions and requests over the phone in a professional and timely manner;

  • Provides accurate and detailed information about the company's products and services;

  • Ensures the rapid and accurate entry, verification and updating of information in the database;

  • Other customer service related responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service is an advantage;

  • Knowledge of customer service standards and principles;

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;

  • Rapid assimilation, responsibility and result orientation;

  • Advanced communication skills in Romanian, Russian, (English is an advantage)
