Responsibilities
Identifying customer needs and offering the most suitable flight options in business or first class;
Making reservations and selling airline tickets through ticketing systems (GDS – ex: Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo);
Maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing an own customer base;
Providing personalized assistance and support before and after the sale (changes, special requirements, flight information);
Management of special requests : upgrades, premium services, VIP assistance, etc.;
Adhering to company policies and maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in tourism or ticketing (minimum 1 year);
Excellent communication and sales skills;
Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g. Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre – an advantage);
Responsibility, seriousness and motivation to win;
Advanced English language proficiency.
