Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identifying customer needs and offering the most suitable flight options in business or first class;

  • Making reservations and selling airline tickets through ticketing systems (GDS – ex: Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo);

  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing an own customer base;

  • Providing personalized assistance and support before and after the sale (changes, special requirements, flight information);

  • Management of special requests : upgrades, premium services, VIP assistance, etc.;

  • Adhering to company policies and maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in tourism or ticketing (minimum 1 year);

  • Excellent communication and sales skills;

  • Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g. Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre – an advantage);

  • Responsibility, seriousness and motivation to win;

  • Advanced English language proficiency.
