The responsibilities of the support operator include:
- Responding to customer phone calls,
- Engaging in chats with customers;
- Caring for customers by providing informational support,
- Identifying customer issues and offering solutions,
- Consulting with customers regarding products and in technical matters that do not require the involvement of the service departments,
Candidate Requirements:
- A positive attitude, you enjoy and are ready to communicate with people,
- You are attentive, responsible, and capable of working actively,
- You speak and write fluently in Russian and Romanian, with intermediate knowledge of the English language,
- Experience in direct customer service, minimum of 1 year,
- Handling phone calls is not stressful for you;
