Responsibilities
Contacting potential customers in Italy by phone, according to the databases provided.
Presenting the company's products/services in a convincing and professional manner.
Identifying customer needs and providing the right solutions.
Accurate and timely recording of information in the CRM system.
Achieving individual sales/call targets set.
Requirements
Italian: Advanced or native level (written and spoken). Knowledge of Romanian or Russian is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Communication Skills : Excellent persuasion skills, active listening and a friendly attitude.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer relations is a major advantage, but we also accept candidates at the beginning of their career with potential.
Attitude: Results-oriented, proactivity and stress resistance.
PC Knowledge: PC operation at an intermediate level
