what you will do:

1. You will be responsible for implementing measures, drafting construction surveys, budgets, and technical conditions for carrying out reconstruction/repair work, comparative analysis with budgets prepared by the contractor, approving the optimal version by the Bank's management, and transmitting it to the contractors for execution;

2. You will perform the duties of a Certified Technical Responsible according to the provisions of the Practical Code CP A 05.01-2013;

3. You will collaborate with local authorities and public services to obtain the necessary documents for carrying out the works, as well as the approval of the technical conditions for engineering networks;

4. You will prepare and organize tenders for the selection of design, construction, furniture production suppliers, and other works necessary for the current operations. Additionally, you will provide support for the implementation of real estate projects included in the Bank's Development Plan (specifications and project sketches);

5. You will monitor the contractual obligations by the signatory parties (including the quality of performed work, services, and materials), the rational and efficient use of funding sources, as well as coherent budgeting of the resources necessary for projects.

What we are looking for:

1. Higher technical education (industrial and civil construction);

2. Official certification as a technical manager and construction site supervisor;

3. At least 4 years of work experience in the construction field;

4. Knowledge of current construction-related legislation;

5. Skills and experience working with ArhiCAD/AutoCAD and WinCmeta 2000;

6. Knowledge of procedures for organizing and conducting tenders, finalizing and concluding construction contracts;

7. Honesty, responsibility, sociability, diligence.
