Coordinate and supervise the execution of construction works according to plans and technical standards. Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and budgets allocated for each phase of the project. Verify the quality of materials and work performed by the execution teams. Identify and resolve technical problems that arise on the site. Prepare progress reports and communicate with management and clients on the status of the works.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or similar work. Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting construction plans and technical specifications. Management and communication skills for team coordination. Category B driving license. Valid health card.
