Organizing and coordinating the work of cleaning staff (distributing tasks, checking completion).

Communicating with clients regarding quality and deadlines.

Checking and delivering necessary equipment and chemicals to construction sites.

Keeping records of completed orders.

Driving a company car (category B - mechanics).

Experience in cleaning or staff management will be an advantage.

A category B driving license (mechanic) is required.

Responsibility, organization, attention to detail.

Ability to lead a small team and maintain discipline.

Availability to work in a dynamic environment.
