The responsibilities of the educator at the "Unity" Center in Bălți include: developing and implementing innovative educational activities; maintaining a safe and positive learning environment; promoting socio-emotional development; effective collaboration with the team; monitoring and ensuring safety; fluent communication in specified languages. Two years of experience and pedagogical qualifications are required.

Responsibilities: 1. Design of engaging educational activities appropriate for the ages of children (5-18 years old). 2. Organization of the educational program at the Center. 3. Creation of a positive learning environment, fostering development. 4. Comprehensive growing support, social and emotional, for children. 5. Maintenance of order in classrooms. 6. Contribution to social activities for children and adults. 7. Supervision and ensuring safety. 8. Collaboration and effective communication within the team. 9. Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and/or Ukrainian.
