Determining current objectives and tasks in the approved field of activity and organizing work to achieve them, forecasting results;

Establishing a list of works necessary for implementing the proposed initiative, including the quantity, name, and cost of the required resources;

Identifying deviations that can negatively affect the final outcome of the construction project and taking measures to correct the situation;

Ensuring the personnel under their supervision properly understand and comply with the provisions of the execution project and applicable technical specifications;

Making proposals to the manager regarding the improvement of the organization's activities and preparing relevant order projects.

Higher education in the field of construction;

Experience in the field - 5 years;
