Development of project documentation (concept, PE, etc. - depending on the project).

Architectural plans: partitions, facades, sections, details, finishes, carpentry lists, coordination with specialties.

Interdisciplinary coordination with IVC, A/C, EEI; participation in coordination meetings.

Verification of compliance with RM regulations (urban planning, fire, accessibility, energy efficiency - as appropriate).

Support in obtaining permits (when necessary) and technical assistance during execution.

Practical experience: min. 1–3 years (we also accept juniors with a good portfolio).

Knowledge: AutoCAD mandatory; Revit/ArchiCAD – major advantage.

Ability to work with details and deadlines; good communication with the team.

Portfolio/projects completed – mandatory upon application.
