An international Fintech company is looking for a specialist to work from the office in Chișinău. We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to help improve product quality through building and maintaining automated tests. You will work on complex business flows and play a key role in integrating automation into the development process, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
Develop and maintain automated tests (UI and API)
Define automation strategies for different components
Identify and prioritize test scenarios for automation
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Execute automated tests and analyze results
Collaborate with developers to improve testability
Contribute to testing standards and best practices
Experience in test automation (UI and/or API)
Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
Good understanding of testing concepts and bug lifecycle
Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar)
Experience working with REST APIs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Experience integrating tests into CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
SQL knowledge and database validation
Experience testing on Android and iOS
Experience in fintech, banking, or lending products
Experience with performance or security testing
