Main responsibilities: - Verifying the execution of the works according to the technical project and the execution details; - Preparing and verifying the technical documentation (construction book, minutes, verification sheets, etc.); - Monitoring compliance with quality, health and safety standards at work; - Collaborating with the site supervisor, the designer, the general contractor and other involved factors; - Participating in partial/final acceptances and field checks; - Managing relations with the relevant authorities.

Requirements: - Completed secondary specialized or higher studies in the field of construction; - Relevant experience in civil construction works (minimum 3 years - can be adjusted); - Good knowledge of construction legislation, technical standards and execution procedures; - Organizational, communication and team management skills on the construction site; - Category B driving license; - Availability for travel, if applicable.
