Establishment and adherence to production schedules;

Organization of work processes on the site;

Monitoring subordinates' working hours;

Creation of requisitions for materials and goods for production;

Maintenance of technical documentation;

Quality control of work performed.

Higher professional (technical) education and at least 3 years of experience in construction in engineering and technical positions;

Ability to work with design and cost estimate documentation;

Knowledge of organizational documents and regulatory materials of higher authorities and other bodies, related to the production and economic activities of the site (object);

Knowledge of the organization and technology of construction production;

Knowledge of building codes and regulations, technical specifications for the production and acceptance of general construction works;

Knowledge of occupational safety and health rules, safety engineering, industrial hygiene, and fire protection;

Possession of a certificate of professional-technical qualification;

Driving license category B (category C is a plus).
