- Development of feasible conceptual volumetric and planning solutions for buildings of various purposes (private residential buildings, multi-storey housing, public facilities, public spaces, and master plans)

- Preparation of conceptual materials

- Collaborative work with other department staff

- Experience with Autodesk Revit + (Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, D5 Render)

- Knowledge of construction norms, rules, standards, and ergonomics.

- Ability to navigate regulatory documents

- Skill in analyzing urban planning situations, design sites, and their context

- Knowledge of architectural technologies and general design principles, including an understanding of spatial organization, forms, materials

- Experience in preparing conceptual designs

- Experience in developing working and design documentation

- Architectural education

- Knowledge of languages is welcome: RU, RO, ENG
