Coordinate and supervise teams of engineers and technicians in security, green energy, robotics and automation projects. Ensure compliance with technical standards and delivery deadlines for implemented solutions. Participate in the development and optimization of technical processes within the Q-Group. Collaborate with sales and customer departments to define technical requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in fields such as security, green energy, robotics or automation. Solid knowledge of designing and implementing complex technical systems. Management and team leadership skills. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Availability for occasional travel to construction sites and clients.
