Responsibilities
What needs to be done?
- Conduct presentations and sales of a range of services for hosting parties and events at the restaurant;
- Arrange meetings and telephone negotiations with guests;
- Interact with guests on social networks, respond to inquiries;
- Develop and coordinate menus with guests;
- Search for and attract guests to events;
- Maintain a database in CRM;
- Prepare documents for guests and manage necessary reporting;
Requirements

- Experience in sales;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to think creatively and solve unconventional tasks, understanding how to make an event memorable for guests;
- Being trendy (keeping up to date with trends in children's parties and adult events);
- Ability to build long-term relationships with guests;
- A sense of style, an active life stance, engagement, and love for your job;
- Articulate speech;
- Organizational skills, attentiveness, and responsibility;
- Knowledge of both Russian and Romanian languages is a MUST.
