Job description

Responsibilities

  • Organization and control of all processes in the restaurant according to established standards;

  • Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the hall and kitchen;

  • Personnel management: planning work schedules, coordinating the team and monitoring task performance;

  • Managing internal documentation and preparing reports;

  • Interaction with guests: resolving unforeseen situations and maintaining a high level of service;

  • Team training and development, maintaining motivation and discipline.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education;

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the HoReCa field;

  • Proven experience in team coordination;

  • Well-developed organizational and analytical skills;

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian, spoken and written;

  • Responsibility, stress resistance and results orientation.
