Organization and control of all processes in the restaurant according to established standards;

Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the hall and kitchen;

Personnel management: planning work schedules, coordinating the team and monitoring task performance;

Managing internal documentation and preparing reports;

Interaction with guests: resolving unforeseen situations and maintaining a high level of service;

Team training and development, maintaining motivation and discipline.

Completed higher education;

Minimum 5 years of experience in the HoReCa field;

Proven experience in team coordination;

Well-developed organizational and analytical skills;

Knowledge of Romanian and Russian, spoken and written;

Responsibility, stress resistance and results orientation.
