• Greets and seats customers in the room, ensuring a pleasant and professional experience

• Coordinates the activity of the serving staff and ensures compliance with quality standards

• Manages reservations and optimizes table occupancy according to demand

• Supervises cleanliness and order in the room, including furniture and decorations

• Resolves customer problems and complaints with diplomacy and efficiency

• Reports to management on the day's activity and suggestions for improvement

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a restaurant hall or similar position

• Solid knowledge of Romanian and Russian (communication with customers and team)

• Leadership skills and ability to work under pressure

• Valid health card

• Availability for flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
