Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the entire kitchen activity and supervising the culinary team;
    Planning the menu in collaboration with management, adhering to quality standards and culinary trends;
    Ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes according to established recipes;
    Training, motivating, and evaluating the kitchen team
    Organizing and managing the stock of raw materials (ordering, receiving, storing);
    Optimizing costs and reducing food waste.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a café or restaurant as a Head Chef;

  • Coordinating the entire kitchen activity and supervising the culinary team;

  • Planning the menu in collaboration with the management, respecting quality standards and culinary trends;

  • Ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes according to established recipes;

  • Organizing and managing stocks of raw materials (ordering, receiving, storage);

  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards;

  • Training, motivating, and evaluating the kitchen team;

  • Optimizing costs and reducing food wastage;

  • Maintaining a professional relationship with other colleagues and participating in operational meetings.
