Responsibilities
Reception of orders from the call center;
Packaging and organization of orders for delivery to couriers;
Organization of couriers and consultation with them regarding order distribution;
Completion of reports and teamwork.
Requirements
Romanian/Russian language mandatory;
Organization and focus on results;
Negotiation skills and support for our company's interests;
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
