Responsibilities
- Launch of a new confectionery production line;
- Development of new types of confectionery products;
- Supervision of the technological processes of production, recipe calculation, calculation of nutritional value;
- Involvement in the automation of production processes;
- Monitoring compliance with technological discipline in production.
Requirements
Education - higher (engineer-technologist of confectionery production) or secondary special;
Work experience in confectionery production for at least 5 years is mandatory;
Successful experience in managerial work;
Knowledge of regulatory and technological documentation, basic product certification schemes;
Knowledge of product specifications, yield standards of finished products;
Energy, communicability, organizational skills.
