Our team is looking for a pastry decorator to decorate cakes and confectionery products.
Botanika, 2/2, day or night shifts to choose from
— covering cakes with cream, mastic, and velvet
— cake decoration based on references and customer orders
— decorate bento cakes by hand with designs (text inscriptions, elements, characters, etc.)
— assembly of tiered and wedding cakes
— working with decor: wafer paper, figures, textures and design elements
- preparation of decorative elements in advance
— work according to recipes and process charts
- maintaining cleanliness in the workplace
- interaction with the team
— you have 1-2 years of experience in the confectionery industry
— you know how to cover and decorate cakes (cream, mastic, velvet)
- have artistic skills
— worked with tiered and wedding cakes
— you know how to work with wafer paper and decorative elements
- be careful, attentive and observe sanitary standards
— you can work with technical maps and references
— you know Russian
— you have a medical certificate or are willing to obtain one
