MANDATORY experience in public catering in a similar position (minimum 2 years)

Excellent organizational, communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of management and PC operation (Word, Excel, management software)

Coordination of the daily activity of the store

Inventory management and placing orders with suppliers

Staff supervision and work schedule organization
