Managing orders to chefs and delivery couriers;
Assigning cash on delivery orders, via cash or POS, to delivery couriers;
Conducting all cash handling operations upon receipt and handoff with delivery couriers;
Receiving and checking the cash register at the start and end of shift handovers.
