Responsibilities

  • Development of new types of pastry products;

  • Supervision of technological production processes, recipe calculation, nutritional value calculation;

  • Participation in the automation of production processes;

  • Control of the adherence to technological discipline in production.

Requirements

  • Education - higher (technical engineer in pastry production) or specialized secondary;

  • Experience in pastry production is mandatory;

  • Successful experience in team leadership;

  • Knowledge of technical and regulatory documentation, main product certification schemes;

  • Knowledge of the technical characteristics of raw materials, norms of productivity for finished products;

  • Energetic, communicative, with organizational skills.
