Requirements
Education - higher (technical engineer in pastry production) or specialized secondary;
Experience in pastry production is mandatory;
Successful experience in team leadership;
Knowledge of technical and regulatory documentation, main product certification schemes;
Knowledge of the technical characteristics of raw materials, norms of productivity for finished products;
Energetic, communicative, with organizational skills.
