Prepare ingredients and ensure hygiene standards are met in the production area. Operate baking equipment and monitor baking temperature and duration for each batch of pies. Fill and shape pies according to company recipes and specifications. Check the quality of finished products and eliminate those that do not meet standards. Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace and comply with food safety rules.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the production of bakery products or pies. Knowledge of dough techniques and baking processes. Good manual skills and ability to work at a fast pace. Strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards. Availability to work in shifts.
