Job description

Responsibilities

  • Preparing goods for delivery in accordance with received orders.

  • Reviewing and confirming accompanying documents such as invoices, shipping notices, and orders.

  • Ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.

  • Maintaining constant communication with the sales department to coordinate deliveries and ensure they meet customer requirements.

  • Conducting periodic inventory checks of stock.

Requirements

  • Communication skills, responsibility, and dutifulness

  • Knowledge of Russian and Romanian languages

  • No bad habits

  • Neat appearance

  • Goal-oriented and proactive

  • Quick learning ability

  • Vocational or higher education is welcome.
