COFEALM company is hiring unskilled workers for the greenhouse production and assembly department. We are looking for hardworking, responsible and eager to learn individuals who will contribute to the preparation, assembly and handling of metal structures and specific materials.
Safe use of power tools (drill, angle/flexible grinder, electric screwdriver)
Preparation and cutting of metal profiles according to established dimensions
Assembling components and subassemblies (doors, ventilation windows, etc.)
Handling and fixing polycarbonate, polyethylene film and shade nets
Cleaning weld marks and applying anti-corrosion treatments
Preparing kits for delivery and checking the completeness of accessories
Maintaining order in the production department and proper management of materials
Assisting the main operator in preparing parts for welding
Assembly work including at height, on ladders or scaffolding
Experience is not mandatory, but is an advantage
Power tool skills
Ability to read simple assembly drawings
Resistance to physical exertion and handling of bulky materials
Accuracy in measurement and assembly
Responsibility, discipline and desire to learn
Category B driving license – advantage
