We are building one of the strongest sales teams in the field and are looking for a professional Recruiter, able to actively, directly and aggressively recruit from the market. We are not looking for a simple HR. We are looking for a talent hunter.
Active recruitment from ALL possible sources: job platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram groups, events, networking, recommendations, direct head-hunting
Direct search for high-performing people, not just responding to CVs
Telephone, online and face-to-face interviews
Organizing onboarding for new employees
Experience in active recruitment (preferably sales / real estate / call center)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to persuade and influence people
Results-oriented mindset, not "process"
Languages: Romanian and Russian (required)
