We are looking for a new team member for the position of Recruitment Specialist (headhunter).
Identifying suitable candidates for open positions within the company;
Approaching potential candidates;
Implementing headhunting strategies (on the ground; social networks; professional groups);
Scheduling candidates for interviews;
Participating in recruitment events (career fairs and other promotional activities to attract the right talents).
Previous experience in recruitment (minimum 1 year);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Solid knowledge of recruitment tools;
Experience in using recruitment platforms.
