Responsibilities
Identification and active search for candidates on recruitment platforms, specialized websites and social networks
Making outbound calls (over 50 calls daily) to contact and attract candidates
Recruiting and qualifying candidates from inbound requests
Scheduling interviews and coordinating the initial stages of recruitment
Entering and updating information in the CRM system
Adhering to communication scripts and achieving daily goals
Requirements
Excellent communication and clear expression skills
Experience in mass recruitment, call center or active sales is a considerable advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Discipline, organization and performance orientation
Knowledge of PC operation and CRM usage is a plus
