Recruit and select qualified candidates for available positions within Cucurigo restaurants in Chisinau and across the country. Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting ads to interviewing and negotiating offers. Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future needs. Collaborate with restaurant managers to understand the specific requirements of each position. Ensure clear and professional communication with all candidates throughout the selection process.

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Knowledge of online recruitment platforms and social networks for identifying candidates. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple candidates simultaneously. Knowledge of Romanian and Russian (standard for the Moldovan labor market).

Salary of 10,000–12,000 MDL/month. Working within Cucurigo, a rapidly expanding national project with 3 locations and growth plans throughout the country.
