Grătiești commune, Hulboaca village.
Recruitment and selection of staff, including drafting and publishing job advertisements,
Managing the onboarding process for new employees
Compiling and managing personnel documentation (contracts, job descriptions, personal files)
Developing and implementing human resources policies in accordance with labor legislation
Monitoring and assessing employee performance
Ensuring effective communication between management and employees
Organizing and coordinating training and professional development activities.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of human resources,
Higher education in human resources, psychology, or related fields
Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advanced PC operating skills (MS Office, HR applications).
