Responsibilities
Recruit and select suitable candidates for available positions within Rogob. Manage the onboarding and integration process of new employees. Coordinate team development and training activities. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies. Maintain records of personnel files and administrative documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of human resources. Solid knowledge of labor legislation in the Republic of Moldova. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work with computer systems and HR software. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
