Coordination and management of the IT department's activities;

Developing and implementing the organization's IT strategy;

Hardware and software infrastructure management;

Ensuring information security and data protection;

Managing IT digitization and modernization projects;

Coordinating the team of IT specialists and evaluating their performance;

Collaborating with internal departments to identify and implement technological solutions.

Higher education in IT, computer science or related fields;

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a management position in the IT field;

Solid knowledge of network, server and IT systems administration;

Experience in IT project management;

Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills;

Knowledge of Romanian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
