We are an IT company, developer and provider of solutions on the 1C platform.
Due to the company's growth, we are looking for a 1C Programmer (middle) to become part of the 1C software product development team.
Your main function
Ensuring the full cycle of task completion in the 1C system from requirements collection and analysis to delivery of the final solution and confirmation of the result with the client.
Within this function, it is necessary to:
collect and clarify user requirements;
analyze business processes and existing 1C configuration;
develop technical tasks (TS);
implement changes and functionalities according to ST;
describe functional tests and test scenarios;
you test the developed functionality;
prepare the solution for delivery to the client;
prepare the related documentation (descriptions, instructions, explanations);
hand over the completed work to the client;
confirm the completion of the request and that the result meets the client's expectations.
Candidate requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial development on the 1C platform;
solid knowledge of the 1C programming language;
experience in modifying and maintaining 1C configurations;
understanding the platform architecture and configuration building principles;
ability to read and implement technical tasks;
basic knowledge in business process analysis;
experience working in a team and interacting with users, task managers and management;
responsibility for the result and meeting deadlines;
desire for continuous learning and professional development.
It is an advantage
experience in consulting or support for 1C users;
experience in formulating tasks for programmers regarding the development of 1C functionalities;
possession of 1C certificates.

percentage of task completion (the amount is discussed during the interview, depending on experience and level of autonomy);
salary increase after successfully completing the probationary period (3 months);
The salary will be specified during the interview (18,000 - 35,000 lei),
work schedule: 5/2, 8-hour workday;
